Over time, I’ve had to increase the breadth and depth of services we get from Simple Helix vs other vendors. That’s because they deliver what we need, in the quantities we need, when we need it. That’s important to our small business agility and it allows us to meet customer demands.

At our last monthly luncheon, the corporate staff was asked about the support they receive from Simple Helix and if they have noticed the change from the last Managed Services provider. I received nothing but accolade’s for the timeliness, respect, and work the Simple Helix team has provided.

We here at 2B Solutions were initially a little apprehensive about moving our customer’s virtual servers, apps and data to a new data center, but after the Simple Helix team showed us their transition plan, we were impressed by the level of detail and data security our customers require and we expect. The migration was done in a day or so and went off without a hitch! We look forward to a long Simple Helix and 2B Solutions partnership mutually serving our customers.
