- First touch on customer issues
- Triage initial issue reports
- Ensure that issues are resolved and/or escalated as appropriate
- Ensure that customer tickets are updated
- On-call duty as rotation requires
Reports to: The IT Specialist will report to the department head of Managed Services at Simple Helix in Huntsville, Alabama.
- Experience with Windows OS
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to use a ticketing system
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic but solid troubleshooting workflow
